Who are we?
While each of us asks ourselves this question at some time in our life, we simply cannot put into words how important it is to be true to ourselves. Only when we embrace our true identity will we be able to shine our brightest, and it is for this reason that we created LadiesOnly. Our whole existence is to simply help you follow your heart, listen to that inner voice, and become the most authentic and genuine version of your soul. It is to be your anchor as you seek ways to grow as a human being.
Ladies only started in Europe, and we hope that the information and knowledge we offer will reach every woman in any corner of the world, helping them grow, and improving their lives and everyone around them. Worried about the authenticity and quality of our information? Well, our team members are all highly educated individuals, each having an MSc level of education. They are, therefore, experts in kick-ass fields such as Neuroscience, Psychology, Anthropology, and Sociology, just to name a few. Our members come from all parts of the world to relate to each of your beautiful diversities. Some of us live in Athens, Greece; others in London, UK; Barcelona, Spain; Florence, Italy; and Munich, Germany. We have all gathered forces to make Ladiesonly a reference point for the self-development of every woman out there.
Our aim is as simple as it is complicated: We see the woman of today and wonder what she needs to hear. Our vision is the understanding of today’s problems and worries. We always respect science and all the available and ongoing literature, and we suggest solutions based on methods that work for you to enhance your life and achieve all your goals.
On this site, you’ll see us raw, naked, emotional, strong, and simply honest. This means that at times you will come across articles that could pinch on sensitive chords, and at other times you’re gonna laugh with tears. Like how we all go through life, it’s not always a bed of roses, but we live for those moments of pure joy and passion. The realization of our dreams would be to see each of you thrive, empowering generations to come.

I bet you sometimes get tired of all the promotions and ads when you just want to dive into a life-changing article. Well, we are here for you ladies. Our website does not promote services, not beauty, nor physical, nor mental health, or any other sort of services.
We value quality, and we know you do too! You will not come across insipid ads and other sorts of promotions from unrelated parties. So keep calm; none of our life-changing content will be hidden amongst immaterial things.
Finally, we are more than honored to say that we are not…Ladies-only! Our team includes men with 14+ years of experience in personal development and interpersonal relationships. These individuals have improved the quality of life of numerous ladies and others, and nothing will slow them down. Trust us when we tell you that you can trust any member of our team, be it race, ethnicity, or, most of all, gender. We aim to cater to you all in your beautiful diversities, and part of this includes letting you see every situation as a whole. There are two sides to a coin, and you’ll surely experience both!
